Inner Journey Expeditions promotes tours in Vietnam and Laos

IJE Vietnam Summer Promotion 10% discount

Inner Journey Expeditions is offering a fantastic 2010 Vietnam Summer Promotion for groups of friends or families of five or more people. Receive a 10% discount off the total tour price when you all book together on the same trip. This offer is valid for travel in Vietnam from 01 May to 30 September 2010. Inner Journey Expeditions specialises in trekking, cycling, overland touring, cultural and adventure travel holidays for independent travellers across Vietnam. We arrange personalised tours to off the beaten track destinations and prepared itineraries promoted on our website from five day classic trek and home stay in Sapa to three day kayaking and rock climbing Halong Bay, from four day cycling the quiet paths of the Mekong Delta to the exhilarating climb up Mount Fansipan.

IJE Summer Promotion 10% off Vietnam Trekking & Homestay Tour

Inner Journey Expeditions is offering 10% discount off the internet rate for a six day trekking adventure in North Vietnam in Pu Luong Nature Reserve. This offer is valid for travel from 01 May to 30 September 2010. Also included is a complimentary silk inner sheet for each traveller. This cultural adventure combines trekking with home stays in the province of Hoa Binh, only three hours drive from Hanoi. There is no better way to immerse in local culture than experiencing a village home stay. Not only is this a wonderful cultural exchange, it offers the visitor great respect for how people live without all the comforts and appliances of the West. By staying with a family, the economic benefits filter down to the villages and families that most need it. According to Inner Journey Expeditions' Director, Angela Kent, "Home stays are simple in terms of bedding and amenities. You sleep in a dormitory style room and are provided with a mosquito nets, mattress, clean sheet and pillow. Our travellers tell us that staying in a home stay is definitely a highlight of their trip!"

Laos' first Yoga Retreat from IJE

Travel specialist, Inner Journey Expeditions launches the first ever Yoga Retreat in Laos held in UNESCO World Heritage town, Luang Prabang on 3rd November 2010.  The retreat runs over 10 days and combines yoga, meditation, philosophy with Laos culture including textile weaving at Ock Tok Pop, trekking to minority villages, elephant rides and a cooking class. Yoga classes are led by an experienced teacher from Byron Bay, Australia, a popular "mecca" for yoga. Inner Journey Expeditions Director, Angela Kent says "Participants do not have to have years of yoga practice, but a small amount of experience would be beneficial to make the most of this amazing experience. I have done several classes with the Yoga Teacher, Sheldon Grant Leon, and he offers a very intuitive and rewarding practice that caters to beginners and more advanced students. Holding a retreat in Laos makes perfect sense as the Lao culture is grounded in Buddhism which is reflected in some of the teaching of Yoga."

IJE offers Free Vietnam Tourist Visa Service

Inner Journey Expeditions offers a free Vietnam one month Visa service for travellers who book and pay the deposit on a tour before 30 September 2010. Entering Vietnam has never been easier with a Vietnam Visa Authority letter which tourists present at the Visa Landing Counter in Vietnam's International airports in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang.
