How to know this map is good for tourist?
when we have to travel another country there are many maps about travel in Laos, Vietnam and Thailand but how to know which one is good map for tourist?

To know if a map is good for tourists, see it's price tag and brand name.
For Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand, Periplus Maps are the best - they are reasonably priced and have city plans of all the important cities, towns, and even islands. One drawback is that you will have to purchase them individually (US$ 8.99 / PhP 497 each).
Nelles Map of Laos, Cambdia, ad Vietnam is also good but not as detailed as Periplus.
Free maps given at airports and tourist offices in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam) are very unwieldy and hard to use - and most just show roads without buildings. The Bangkok Government issued map was bad - Periplus Bangkok Map is better.
