The best time to go would be in November, The weather would be between 75-80 Degrees farenheit during the day and 55-75 degrees farenheit during the night. Best of all there will be no rain. Also in November there is the religious ceremony held at the Tat Luang monument in Vientiane. And in November, is when Laos farmers usually harvest there rice so you get to taste the freshest & tastiest sticky rice ever. As for many of the above post, Laos has much to offer, from the beautiful capital city Vientiane, the World Heritage City of Luang Prabang and the mysteries of the Plain Of Jars.
