I purchased tickets on Lao Airlines at their website. I got email on reservation but no e-ticket. is this ok
Lao Air email has reservation number and "confirmed". The email at bottom says, "You will be receiving an e-Ticket Itinerary within 72 hours once the e-ticket is issues". Anyway the confirming email is the only thing I have at this point and it has been several weeks.
You can call their customer hotline, I'm sure it's written somewhere on the E-mail or their website.
