Google Voice + Lingo = free unlimited internaional calls?

True or False and how is this possible?
Can you call to Laos for free?

That is totally false. When you dial from Google Voice especially to a international number you would need to pay for the long distance calls and your account on google voice has to have a credit money amount to make these calls. Then once the calls is connected it will foward the calls to your cell phone or to any phone number you will be answering the call from.

On Lingo website, there is a unlimited plan for 21.95 a month that includes 35 countries to call but Laos is not one of them. So if you call Laos using lingo then it would cost you long distance.
