Where can I get a coton de tulear in Laos? Or vientiane?
Hi, since we're moving to Vientiane soon, my dad has decided to let me get a dog.
The type that I want is the coton de tulear because I think it fits what we need: a dog that doesn't shed much and one that we can keep indoors. Plus it's small(:
The problem is, I don't know where to get on in Laos or more specifically, Vientiane.
So please help! I really want one of them.
