Travel costs around Asia?

Hi,
I'm going to South East Asia for 3 and a half months.
I'm going to Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. How much should I budget for accommodation, food, spending money and travel per week. How much do the countries differ in price?

Laos and Thailand are cheaper compare to Singapore and Malaysia, but Indonesia I'm not sure, it could be in between.

I'd budget for around $500 per week for Thailand and/or Laos, here is my calculation:

Accommodation: $175/week ($25/night)
Food : $175/week ($25/day)
Travel + spending money : $150/week (this depends on the destination and your preferred mode of transportation)
Total: $500
If you stay in simple guest houses and eat as Lao or Thai do (street food) then you can do this for a lot cheaper.

I'd say that you can budget for $500 per week (average), here is what I meant:
Singapore: $720/week
Malaysia: $720/week
Indonesia: $420/week
Thailand: $320/week
Laos: $320/week
Average: $2500/5=$500
