is it worth going to Laos and Cambodia right now or should wait to go after the rainy season?
i want to go the first three weeks of september..Am i wasting my money by going during the rainy season? I can go to other places and leave indochina for another time.

you should not have any big problems in Laos, but when it rains in Cambodia, it pours. I've had a vacation spoled on count of constant rain.
If you can delay your decision, then check the weather forecasts late next week. Otherwise, I'd tend to skip Cambodia and instead go to the jungles of Western Malaysia.
