Laos Recipes

I already asked for veggie burger recipes and I have recieved a few good ones?

but I was laos wondering about veggie burgers using tofu, and a mix that I can make up to have a "meat ball". This can have tofu or not. I want it to hold it's shap in a marinera sauce, and possibly even do a "meat ball" sub sandwich. Any good ideas????


Do you eat eggs?? If not, blend/chop fave veggies, add seasoned flour to veggies until arriving at a "pattie-able" veggie burger. pre-heat oil in frying pan, fry "burgers", after rolling or pattying, dredged in flour. Voila--non-meat balls, patties!! Blend tofu, if you have it.
