Go to any travel agent in Singapore (there are dozens in any shopping mall). Or check on line at Asiaair.com or Silk air, or Singapore air...
You will need VISA'a for most countries but some you get on arrival. just make sure you have plenty of small passport size photos of yourself. The travel agent where you boon the ticket can normally help you with your visas if needed.
